SUMMARY:Burning of the Palms
DESCRIPTION:Immediately following the Pancake Supper at approximately 7:00 p.m.  Ashes are produced by burning the palms that were blessed in previous years on Palm Sunday. The ashes produced are then prepared for use the following day on Ash Wednesday at all services. Please bring any palms you have from previous years to be thrown into the fire. A basket has been placed in the narthex of the church to collect palms for this event.\n\n\n\n
