Brotherhood of St. Andrew
The Brotherhood of St Andrew is a national and international ministry to Christian men. Meeting every other Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m., men and youth of the parish enjoy fellowship, wonderful food and an informal Bible study. Everyone from beginners to experienced needlers are welcome at any time. The group meets the first and third Thursdays of every month from 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This group knits and crochets prayer shawls, prayer caps and other items for individuals in hospitals, nursing homes, or for those in need in other circumstances. The caps are given to cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Don't have yarn? No problem--there's always plenty available to get started. The items are soaked in prayer…
